Who we are
Bully Peptides ("we", "us") supplies research-grade peptide compounds for laboratory and research use. This policy covers bullypeptides.com. Questions about it can go to admin@bullypeptides.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number and organization, along with the products you selected, whatever you write in the message field, and the fact that you confirmed you are 18 or older and accepted the research-use acknowledgment.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and how visitors move through the catalog. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
What we do not collect. This site has no checkout. We never collect payment card numbers, bank details or financial account information through this website, and we do not ask for health information. Please do not include medical or health details in an inquiry — we cannot advise on them and would rather not hold them.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry with availability, pricing, shipping and lot documentation; to keep a record of the age and research-use acknowledgments you gave; to operate and improve the website; and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery), SendGrid (delivering inquiry emails and your confirmation copy), and Google (Tag Manager and Analytics). We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for analytics and to remember your age confirmation for the browser session. Your inquiry selections are stored in your own browser using local storage so they survive closing the tab; that stays on your device and is only sent to us if you submit the form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a Do Not Track setting, though there is no common standard for how websites should respond to it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to admin@bullypeptides.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Age of users
This site is intended for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and inquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page.
